The free trial is managed entirely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You will need a payment method on file with Apple or Google, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends through your device's subscription settings.

Exact pricing is displayed directly within the Yummi app on the subscription screen. Prices are pulled live from the App Store and Google Play and shown in your local currency, so you always see the most accurate and up-to-date price before subscribing.

No. The ping feature is designed specifically for ice cream trucks and is not available for food trucks. Food trucks are best discovered through the map, the nearby trucks list, and by checking their upcoming events on their profile. This keeps the ping system focused and meaningful for the ice cream truck experience.

Yes! You can switch plans at any time through the Yummi app. Just open the subscription section in your profile and choose a new plan. Your current plan will remain active until the end of its billing period, and the new plan will take effect at renewal.

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will see a paywall in the app that prompts you to resubscribe. Your truck will be taken offline and will no longer be visible to customers on the map until you renew. All your saved data (menu, events, profile) remains intact — you won't lose anything.

Use the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen. Your subscription is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so as long as you sign in with the same account, your subscription will be restored automatically.

Yes! Yummi is completely free for customers. Download the app, create a free account, and you can immediately browse the live map, view truck profiles and menus, check events, ping ice cream trucks, and save your favourites — all at no cost.
